Learning From Someone Who's Been There

Elspeth Kirkwood has worked in financial systems implementation since 2009. She started in accounts payable at a mid-sized manufacturing firm, moved into process optimization consulting, and eventually started training teams on automation tools. She's certified in three major accounting platforms and has taught over 800 professionals across Australia.

Her approach is straightforward because she remembers what it's like to feel overwhelmed by new software. She focuses on practical application rather than theory, showing you exactly how to handle the situations you'll actually face in your work.

How Training Actually Works

Our next cohort starts September 2025. Here's what happens from inquiry to completion.

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your current systems and what's not working. This usually takes 45 minutes and helps us recommend the right program track. There's no pressure and no cost for this discussion.

Program Selection

Based on your situation, we'll suggest either the Operations, Analysis, or Strategy track. You can switch tracks during the first two weeks if you realize another path fits better. Most people know pretty quickly which one matches their needs.

Learning Phase

Programs run for twelve weeks with weekly sessions. You'll work on your own business scenarios, not generic examples. Between sessions, you'll have assignments that build toward a complete implementation plan for your organization.

Implementation Support

After completing the program, you get three months of follow-up support. This covers questions that come up when you're actually implementing what you learned. Most people use this during their first real system rollout.

Ready to Move Forward?

Our September 2025 cohort opens for enrollment in May. If you want to discuss your specific situation before then, we're happy to talk through what might work best for you.
